Free In-house Alterations
We are pleased to offer standard alterations free of charge to customers who have purchased a suit online. Your suit will arrive with an alteration form, guidance notes and a tape measure. Simply return the suit to us, and we will carry out the required alterations and return the suit to you at no extra charge.
We are able to provide expert advice via phone, video link or email to assist you.
We aim to dispatch your altered suit to you within seven days of receipt. We may be able to dispatch the suit more quickly by prior arrangement.
All alterations are carried out by our own experienced tailor, on the premises.
Please note that our returns policy (here), does not apply to items that have been altered to your own specification. You may return your suit to us prior to any alterations being carried out, however once alterations have been completed you are not able to return the suit.
Please note that the following alterations only are standard and free of charge: Shortening / lengthening of trousers
