when should we book our hire suits?

our stocks are extensive however we would
suggest at least six months before we can
guarantee your choice.

do you need to see the party together?

 not necessarily, we will make a note of how many suits you will need. we can then fit each person when they are able to call in.

 when should we come for a fitting?

we will make every effort to provide you with a suit up to the day of the event. however, to guarantee availability and a perfect fit we ask that all fittings are completed at least six weeks before the event.

what if some of our party can't get to the store?

no problem. we will reserve a suit over the phone for that date. however, please note that we cannot except responsibility for any sizes provided by the customer without a full fitting at the store.

 can you custom make waistcoats and accessories

yes, we can organise this for you, we need at least 8 weeks notice

when can we collect our suits?

suits will be ready for collection at 9.15am on the day prior to the event. alternative collection times may be available by prior arrangement.

when do we return the suits?

please return suits by 5.45pm on the weekday following the event.

 do you offer insurance?

we offer insurance at a price of £2 per suit to cover accidental minor damage and staining. this insurance does not cover theft, loss or malicious damage.

 will we be asked to pay a deposit?

a non-refundable holding deposit of £10 is required on the day of the booking, this will be deducted from the balance of the outfit.

a security deposit of £100 is required for each suit hired (£200 for highland wear). this will be refunded when the suits are returned on time and in good condition.
